Reorganize the range of products and sales channels, increase the visibility and value of the Brand. Develop new sales channels and markets.
SOLUTION / PROJECT
After a careful analysis of strategic marketing, with interviews with the Pittaro family (which has been producing wine for over 4 generations, with Courage, Commitment and Constancy), the market study with the definition of buyer personas, the repositioning of product collections and the efficiency of sales channels, we have defined the medium/long term operational marketing plan with the appropriate market and product strategies (see the Case History). Following the strategic lines that emerged from the analysis, we defined the Concept and the Big Idea (Simply Extraordinary), which guided the development of all the tools and online and offline activities planned to achieve the objectives: increase the Visibility and Value of the Pitars Brand and create new business opportunities.
